• "Loyalty Program" denotes a structured marketing strategy implemented by Business Users within the Business Application, aimed at encouraging Customers to continue to engage with or purchase from the associated businesses.
• "User" is an inclusive term that refers to either a Business User or a Customer engaging with the respective Application.
• "Loyalty Program Operator" is a Business User who creates, administers, and is accountable for a Loyalty Program accessible to Customers through the Customer Application.
• "Loyalty Card" signifies a virtual or digital card issued by a Loyalty Program Operator to a Customer, which is used within the Applications to accrue points, receive discounts, or claim benefits as determined by the terms of the Loyalty Program.

This terminology is to be applied consistently throughout this Privacy Policy to ensure clarity and a mutual understanding between all parties involved.
